How the DLS Process Works
1. Application
Application field, Cost estimate, Quality Manual and operating Procedures for Documentation.
2. Documentation Review
Within 10 working days after receiving the documentation, a written assessment will be provided by DLS.
3. Stage One Audit
A Stage one audit will be performed to assess the clients readiness for the “Stage Two Audit”
4. Stage Two Audit
A stage two audit is to evaluate the implementation, including effectiveness of the client’s management system.
5. Surveillance Audits
Once certified, Surveillance audits are performed once annually or every 6 months at the clients request for the 3 year certification.
6. Re-Certification
After the 3 year certification expires, a repeat Stage 2 certification process is required.
